This layer of the building, either partially underground or at ground level, is allocated for spacious parking areas that provide ample space for a variety of vehicles, enhancing the convenience of visitors and residents alike.
The building will include two cutting-edge elevators along with a central staircase to facilitate easy navigation, featuring modern restroom facilities on the ground, first, and second floors.

The top floor is dedicated to the spiritual core of the project: Maha Durga Mata Mandir, a Sanatan Dharma (Hindu) Temple honouring the Mother Goddess Durga. This sacred space will feature:
A serene main temple hall with multiple double doors to allow for natural air circulation and expansion for larger gatherings.
A sophisticated climate control system with multiple air conditioners and fans.
An expansive roof terrace designed for traditional outdoor havan rituals.
